Influenced by materialism and their worldview, people will
be excessively attached to this world, and will forget about
the afterlife. This is another characteristic of the End
Times:
Meanness and greed
will multiply. (Sahih Muslim)
The Hour has drawn
near but people only feel more greed for the world
