Performing the Hajj for commerce, travel, ostentation or
for a change is one of the portents of the End Times:
A time comes when
the wealthy perform Hajj for travel, the average man
for commerce and their scholars for ostentation and
hypocrisy and the poor for asking for alms. (Ahmad
