The Division of Iraq into Three Parts

According to our Prophet, the people of Iraq will be divided into three groups. One part will join the pillagers. One group will flee, leaving their families behind. And one group will fight and kill. Prepare yourselves for doomsday when you see this. (Fera Idu Fevaidi'l Fiqr Fi'l Imam al-Mahdi al-Muntadhar)

Another sign of the End Times is the division of the Iraqi people into three. As the hadith relates, some of the Iraqi people will join the “looters.” Indeed, at the end of the war, those Iraqis who took advantage of the loss of authority in the country, engage in looting. In fact, some of the people made theft, engaged in looting, the acts that can be defined as “pillaging.” The hadith informs us that some people would try to escape, and even would not be in a spirit to think about their families they leave behind. Such news that appeared in newspapers were striking:

The hadith also tells that some people, on the other hand, is told to participate in war and being killed. During the Iraq War of 2003, some Iraqi people got involved in clashes in which they lost their lives.

"The division of Iraq into three," as is related in the first part of the hadith, also came true in the physical sense. after the Gulf War, the Iraqi geography was divided into three. The formation of the three regions, that is, the section between the 32th and 36th parallels, the south of the 32th parallel and the north of the 36th parallel may well be one of the developments indicated by the hadith.
